DAWSON GOLD ANNOUNCES $50,000 ADVANCE TO 0851045 B.C. LTD.
Dawson Gold Corp. has entered into a loan agreement with 0851045 B.C. Ltd. pursuant to which Dawson has agreed to advance to 0851045 $50,000, with a maturity date of one year. The loan is secured by the assets of 0851045. Upon closing of the proposed acquisition of 0851045 by Dawson, the loan agreement will terminate.
