Paul D. Gray, P.Geo., Director and CEO

Has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, the United States, Asia and Central and South America, concentrating on base metal, precious metal and uranium exploration. Served as President and COO of Doublestar Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by Selkirk Metals Corp. in July of 2007. Currently, he is the principal of Paul D. Gray Geological Consultants, and sits on the boards of Geo Minerals Ltd. and Argus Metals Corp., where he is a key contributor.

Simon Anderson, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anderson has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Mr. Anderson is a director or chief financial officer of a number of publicly traded companies trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX-V and NYSE Amex exchanges.

Jason K. McLaughlin, B.Sc., VP Exploration

Graduated with a B.Sc. Honours from UBC in 1999 and has been involved in the mineral exploration industry as an exploration geologist, in Canada and internationally, for the past 13 years. Most recently worked on a project in Kazakhstan, Russia. Prior to this Mr. McLaughlin spent five years as a staff geologist at the Pebble Property in SW Alaska for Northern Dynasty Mines Ltd. (Hunter Dickinson Inc.) where he supervised the handling and processing of more than 500,000 feet of core and participated in the evolution of the property from exploration target to the world’s largest undeveloped Cu-Au-Mo porphyry.

Bjoern Paffrath, VP, Corporate Development

Mr. Paffrath has over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial markets and the commodity sector. Before he worked as president and head of trading for an international asset management company, he was a broker in the US and Europe. In 2008 he started his own business in Switzerland as independent financial advisor and focused on public mineral junior & exploration companies. His main responsibilities include advising management on corporate strategy and finance activities. Mr. Paffrath works closely with several leading European and North American asset management firms and mutual funds, which specialize in the natural resources sector. He has an extensive network of contacts within the financial community including investment advisors, fund managers, industry analysts, brokers and media throughout North America, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Mr. Paffrath holds a University degree in economics & business administration and is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
